Deposit Terms: A deposit equal to one (1) night stay is due at time of booking the reservation. The remainder of the balance is then due forty-five (45) days before arrival.

Cancellation Terms: Reservations made inside forty-five (45) days of arrival require a full payment at the time of booking. Any cancellations inside forty-five (45) days of arrival, no shows, late arrivals and early departures are subject to forfeiture of full payment. Cancellation outside of forty-five (45) days before arrival is subject to one (1) nights deposit. Travel insurance is available through Travel Guard at an additional fee to assist with any unforeseen circumstances and emergencies.

Breckenridge Lodging Tax: 10.675%

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. (if room is available earlier you may check in prior)

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

Check in location and directions: Check in is directly at Valdoro Mountain Lodge, 500 Village Road, Breckenridge. 24-hour front desk is available phone 970-453-4880. From I-70, exit #203 Frisco/Breckenridge exit. Proceed South on CO-9 to Breckenridge (approximately 9 miles). As you enter Breckenridge stay to the right (don’t go into the roundabout) but make a right onto Park Street. Go through 2 stop lights and make a right onto Village Road. Valdoro Mountain Lodge is located on the right side of the road.

Pet and Smoking: For the convenience of all Valdoro Mountain Lodge guests, the property does not allow pets and is non-smoking. If this policy is violated, a minimum of $500 will be charged.

Parking: Parking is free in the underground heated garage. Limited to one car per unit, except for a three-bedroom condo which allows two cars. Extra cars can park at the Town Ice Rink lot for $5/night.

Cleaning: There is no cleaning fee. Mid-week cleans are provided for a 7 night stay. Daily maid service is available for an additional fee.
