“The Valdoro staff and facility consistently make us feel as though we have come home and we have never had an unsatisfactory experience there. The front desk staff always welcome us with open arms and make our entire visit as comfortable as possible. The Ski Concierge team are always helping us “get out the door” as quickly as possible because they know we are running late. They are always ready to provide excellent customer service and cater to our every need. We have visited other properties, and although we have never had a bad experience, we have yet to find the quality in management and overall staff as we have at Valdoro."
