We have a free shuttle that will take you to
either the Peak 9 Super Chair or the Gondola to Peak 8. Q. Do you allow pets?For the comfort of all our guests, we do not allow pets. If this policy is violated a minimum of $500 will be charged.
Q. How far is the resort from the airport?The two airports closest to Breckenridge are Denver International (77 mi) and Colorado Springs (85 mi).
Q. Do I make my own arrangements for airport-resort transfers or does the resort provide a shuttle service?

Q. Is there a fee for parking at the resort?Parking is free
in the underground heated garage. Limited to one car per unit, except
for a three-bedroom condo which allows two cars. Extra cars can park at
the Town Ice Rink lot for $5/night.

Q. Are there any additional fees that we need to be aware of before booking our reservations?There is a Breckenridge lodging tax of 11.675%.
Q. What is your Cancellation Policy?Reservations made
inside forty-five (45) days of arrival require a full payment at the
time of booking. Any cancellations inside forty-five (45) days of
arrival, no shows, late arrivals and early departures are subject to
forfeiture of full payment. Cancellation outside of forty-five (45) days
before arrival is subject to one (1) nights deposit. Travel insurance
is available through Travel Guard at an additional fee to assist with
any unforeseen circumstances and emergencies.
Q. What are check-in and check-out times?Check-in: 4:00pm
Check-out: 10:00am
If your room is ready early, you may check in earlier than 4:00 p.m.
Q. Do you provide shuttle services for guests to locations within Breckenridge?Yes, we have a shuttle service that will drop you off and pick you up at destinations within Breckenridge.
Q. Do you provide internet service? Is there a fee?Yes. We have Wi-Fi in the lobby and in each of our accommodations. This service is free for our guests.
Q. Do you have maid service? Is there a cleaning fee?There
is no cleaning fee. Mid-week cleans are provided for a 7 night stay.
Daily maid service is available for an additional fee.
Q. Do you have a restaurant on site?While we don't have a restaurant on site, we do offer restaurant delivery service from most restaurants. Please see the

grocery delivery service that can stock your kitchen with any requested

condo accommodations that provide guests with spacious accommodations
featuring full kitchens, fireplaces, and in most cases, private
balconies.

Q. Does the resort close a specific time of the year?No. We are a four season resort and Breckenridge is a four season destination.
