Valdoro Mountain Lodge is unique, in that Valdoro Development (Developer of Valdoro Mountain Lodge) offers their owners full service for any ownership changes you may encounter.   From having Valdoro Mountain Lodge try and rent your week to another successful Valdoro Resale Program (we sell your ownership if there is no lien).  

Valdoro Rental Program

We are pleased to be in our 3rd successful year of renting Valdoro Mountain Lodge owners units when a trip is not in the plans.  Allow us to monetize your week!

Our knowledgeable and experienced team will globally market your week to millions of people including tour operators, travel agencies and individuals interested in a Breckenridge vacation. Having successfully marketed Breckenridge travel and the Valdoro Mountain Lodge for the past 9 years, we can provide you the very best opportunity to rent your week for the highest potential income.

The Gold Leaf Rental program is simple, with no out of pocket costs to you. You submit the inventory and we handle the rest. Below is a quick overview of the program:

Confirm with Hilton Grand Vacations Club what week you have. If you have a float week, you will need to reserve a week with your points first with Hilton Grand Vacations Club by call 800-932-4482, or go on-line to www.HGVClub.com.

1.  Complete the Valdoro Rental Agreement on-line, link is listed above in 2nd sentence.    Just fill out the requested fields and hit "submit".   We will check your reservation with HGVC and personally reply back via e-mail to let you know we are set to try and rent your week.  Similar weeks will be rented in the order agreements are submitted.

2.  Your week is added to our inventory and globally marketed.  When your week is rented, you receive a check for 60% of the net profit.

3.  If your week has not been rented, you have the ability to cancel your agreement with us at any time and retain the associated HGVC points.

Upgrade to Full Ownership Program

If you find that you desire full ownership in Summit County, you can work with our knowledgeable team that has been at Valdoro Mountain Lodge since the inception of the resort.  

As part of the program, we can buy back your Valdoro Mountain Lodge ownership (cannot have a lien) at current market prices.  our team will be your local realtor and work with you to find a perfect condominium, townhome or home to fit your needs.   The same team will handle all the paperwork at closing, making it an easy transition for you.

Resale Program
